Child care
Child care services are available for those who registered in advance. Daily schedules, location details and more information have been sent to parents of registered children. All questions can be communicated to Unifor's Director of Child Care Laurie Wright at [email protected].
Washrooms
Wheelchair accessible washrooms are available on every floor of the Rogers Centre. Designated gender-neutral washrooms are located on the 3rd Floor.
Shuttle Buses
Shuttle buses will run between the Rogers Centre and the Delta/Mariott Hotels. Detailed shuttle schedules will be available in the lobbies of the respective hotels.
Accessible Transportation
Guests requiring accessible transportation are asked to contact [email protected] in advance of the event with their transportation requirements, including the date, requested pickup/drop-off location, preferred time, and mobility requirements. JPdL Ottawa will coordinate transportation directly and confirm the arrangements with the guest. Please submit requests as early as possible to allow sufficient time to coordinate the appropriate vehicle.

Hotel Renovations
The Westin Ottawa is currently under construction. For Locals staying at this property, the construction takes place between 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the main lobby. As a result of the construction, the hotel check-in is located on the 3rd floor and can be accessed by both the elevators and escalators. Please be patient and understanding with the hotel staff as they work through this temporary disruption.
